| S6063 series of ElectricControl Valves |
|
| |
 |
|
| |
The nominal diameter of electric control valves range from DN15 to DN200. The structure of valve bodies include 2-way single seat/balance valve, 3-way confluent valves and 3-way diverting valves.
|
|
| |
The valve has equal percentage, linearity and other flow features. Electric balance control valve is mainly suitable for the conditions of high/ medium pressure. When the electric 2-way control valve cannot meet the demands of pressure difference, the use of electric balance control valves is recommended. The electric control valve of radiating model is suitable for high-temperature, for example: vapor and high-temperature oil. It is commonly used in heating vapor, humidifying or heat exchange. |

Mounting |
|
| |
Clean the pipe before installation, install a filter & an exhaust valve at the entrance of valve to remove gravel, rust and other dirt.
Virtical installation of the valve is prefered. Horizontal or inclined installations are acceptable if required, but care must be given to support the valve, particulary for the larger valve sizes or if vibration is present.
Sufficient clearance must be allowed for actuator maintainance or removal only.
The connection of flange on valve body with pipe should be on the same axial center to prevent shear stress.
The arrow point on valve body should be the same as the flow direction.
Under certain conditions, bypassing pipes are needed for switching to manual operation for maintainance or fault investigating.
The valve body needs the heat-reserving process,or it will effect the valve operation especially when the temperature is high. But the actuator doesn¡¯t need.
Water is not permitted to infiltrate into the actuator and wiring must correspond to the spot rule.
Before connecting the power, check the voltage to avoid damaging the motor. The power switch should be ¡°off¡± when checking the valve. |
